imagination and a pile of 'junk'
I came across an interesting quote this morning from a local NJ superstar Thomas Edison:
"To invent, you need a good imagination and a pile of junk."
As I sure you already know... we have a heart for 'junk.' We love recreating things and reimagining a new life from resources that have either been discarded or generously donated from people just like you. We are no Thomas Edison but looking at this quote this morning reminded me of everyone's humble beginnings. We have the honor to be included in this year's Sustainability Sunday Supper where we have been nominated for a Grassroots Award. We are honored to be included among the other nominees who have done some amazing work in Morris County and look forward to meeting everyone on Sunday and hearing about the great work these organizations are doing.
We also wanted to take this opportunity to mention our new page on the site. The 'imagination' page is where you can take a look into our spare bedroom/storage unit and see the 'before' pictures. I am sure it's happened to everyone... You are hunting around for something specific and you finally find it. It fit's your need and space requirements but was just not the right color or design style for where you wanted to put it.
